Pumpkins! Leaves! Turkey!

You know what those mean: it’s November! And with autumn in full swing, you have a good couple of weeks to throw a fall promotion before the full-blown holiday season is here. Whether it’s based on a holiday, celebrating football season, or you just want to enjoy the crisp, fall air, now is the time to make an impression.

With a ton of education-centric awareness weeks and a bunch of people digging in to start working on their novels for National Novel Writing Month, pencils and pens are an excellent way for just about any organization to support the cause and expand their brand’s influence.

Let’s see what else is going on in November (click to enlarge):

If you have leftover patriotic promo items from the summer, or are just feeling a surge of patriotism this month, you have plenty of days where you can use them in a promotion. Whether you want to encourage voting on Election Day, remember on Veterans Day, or want to focus on the “America” part of America recycles day, nothing says “USA” like products in red, white, and blue. Or you could opt for an item that’s both recyclable and made in America.

There are also lots of healthcare-centric holidays and awareness weeks this month. You can thank your hospital staff during National Medical Staff Awareness Week with some custom tote bags or mugs. Or you could imprint some acrylic tumblers and resell them to raise funds for American Diabetes Month or Lung Cancer Awareness Month.

November is still near the beginning of cold and flu season. While you can’t fully prevent your clients from getting sick, you can certainly help them get back on the path to being well with some hand sanitizer or a nice cozy blanket.

And last, but certainly not least, don’t forget about all of the intense shopping days coming up at the end of November! With Black Friday, Small Business Saturday, and Cyber Monday, there will be plenty of customers visiting your store or website. Encourage web traffic with free shipping or a coupon code, and encourage foot traffic with great in-store deals or logo giveaways.

Ready to throw an awesome November promotion? Then feel free to get in contact with one of our knowledgeable Quality Logo Products representatives! You can reach us my email (info@qualitylogoproducts.com), by phone (866-312-5646), via live chat, or leaving a comment below.

P.S. For the majority of the US, don’t forget to set your clocks back on November 4th!

Have any November promotions planned this year? Looking forward to Thanksgiving? Anyone waking up at 3 am for Black Friday shopping?

The graphic looks awesome!

I find it hard to believe that it’s even possible for Good Nutrition Month to be the same month as Thanksgiving. That said, this is another great round-up of holidays and opportunities for our customers to plan their promotions! Nice work, Mandy!

Maybe Good Nutrition Month is in November because you spend at least a week after Halloween attempting to eat better to offset all the sugar you just ate, and then you’re careful because you know Thanksgiving is coming up, and then it’s another week of not eating junk because you gorged on Thanksgiving food.

Or maybe not. There could be real logic to that and not what I just made up. :)

I have to admit, I was completely unaware of most of those “awareness events,” and even some of those holidays. But, for some reason, a day dedicated to television being the same week as Thanksgiving just makes all kinds of sense. I mean, we’re gonna be in a food coma that week anyway. Heh, well, thanks for the informative post!

Between TV and Thanksgiving, that’s going to be one awesome week! Thanks for commenting, Mikey! :)

One day I will attempt NaNoWriMo. One day. Until then, I’ll just celebrate World Television Day all month, haha. :)

Hey, World Television Day isn’t going to celebrate itself. It needs dedicated fans. ;)
