Promotional Product Kits: An Ultimate Convenience for Your Customers

I like to shine the spotlight on untraditional promotional products. There’s no doubt about it…some items are definitely “out there.” But often times the weird stuff is the best!

For example, did you know that you can order pre-made kits with your logo on them? You wouldn’t believe the assortment of promotional product kits you can get. Personalized kits are clever because they make your brand irresistible to others. Why? Because they provide convenience. Which gift are you more likely to hold onto after the fact: a single packet of sunscreen or a convenient travel kit with all of the sun necessities? I’m pretty sure I’d choose the kit!

Here are some of my favorite custom kits from our site (including the sun kit I mentioned):

This type of kit is appreciated by writers, organized types, and businesspeople who are constantly traveling. How many times do you see people trying to get work done in airports or waiting rooms? Give them something they’ll use, like this travel kit containing a stapler, staples, sticky notes, paper clips, a hole puncher, rubber bands, and a tape dispenser. The next time they need to work on-the-go, all they’ll have to do is pull out this handy kit with your logo on it…and they’ll probably thank you for allowing them to increase their productivity!

How important is being healthy to people? How much of a turnoff is bad breath? VERY! If you’re a dentist, then you’ll find that mini dental kits work well to encourage patient hygiene. If you’re in the travel industry (like hotels or travel agents), then you’ll find that these kits are invaluable to busy travelers. Each Dental Travel Kit comes with a toothbrush, one tube of Colgate toothpaste, and two Blistex packets. Oral surgeons, orthodontists, and oral health advocates unite!

You don’t want to get burned to a crisp out in the summer rays, and neither do your customers. Let’s be honest: it’s cool to have a tan when it starts to get warm outside, but it’s not cool to be as red as a lobster! If you want to maintain your healthy glow, then you need to plan accordingly when you are heading out on the spring trips. The Canyon Sun Kit comes with lip balm, a sunscreen packet, and a dispenser of mints. That means you can not only watch over your tan, but also keep your breath under control. I’d love to bring this summer kit with me on my trip to Panama City Beach for spring break!

Promotional product kits aren’t limited to what I’ve mentioned here, either. There are also CPR kits, USB kits, tool kits, bath and body kits, emergency roadside kits, and even first aid kits on our site that you can stamp with your brand! There’s bound to be a custom kit out there with your name on it.

Anyone else have any favorite kits? Which one would you keep the longest?

Joe loves sports (and everything related to sports). His favorite team is the Green Bay Packers, much to the dismay of Bret and the other Chicago Bears nuts that work at Quality Logo Products. He likes to infuse his posts with humor and sprinkle in the occasional curse word for good measure!

From what I know about you, I’m surprised you didn’t mention one of the personal fitness kits we have, like the StayFit Personal Fitness Kit! One of my favorite kits/sets is the Women’s All Purpose Utility Kit – it doesn’t come with all of the supplies in the picture, but as a scrapbooker I know I’d get a ton of use out of this. Just look at all of those pockets!

And I’d probably keep a roadside assistance kit around the longest…in fact, I have a really good one in my trunk that I got from my car dealership a few years ago. It’s never let me down! :)

I have a roadside kit in my trunk as well! That thing has come in handy more than a few times.

And that Women’s All Purpose Utility Kit is amazing! So…many…pockets….

I agree with Jill here–I’d need an emergency roadside kit more than some of the others that you mention. Then again, a USB Kit sounds promising too. I’m always transferring data these days, so I’ll have to look into getting a kit for that.

Of the products you describe, I’d say the 7-in-1 Stationery Kit would benefit me the most. I like to think of myself as an organized person, and I’m sure the items in the Stationery Kit would help keep me that way.

Golf Kits. I say again…. Golf Kits.

Being that almost every vacation I take ends up turning into a WORKING vacation (damn you free and readily available WiFi!), I think I’d appreciate the 7-in-1 Stationery Kit the most. Too bad it doesn’t include a mini yet fully functional fax machine. That would most certainly come in handy when on the go.

This kit should come in handy when it comes to filling out all those pesky immigration forms before you can go through US customs at the airport.

I think they need a KIT for kits! :)
