Promotional Items Given Away: Star-shaped stress balls, magnetic star-shaped clips, click pens, tote bags, sports bottles, hand sanitizer, dual-tip highlighters
How did/do you use your promo items?
We use our promotional items for many purposes. The first and foremost usage of these promo products is for trade shows and job fairs. These promotional items help our pediatric therapy company stand out from the other competing health care agencies nationwide and attract qualified therapists/students to our booth. This one-on-one interaction enables us to speak to them about our company and show how we stand out from our competition. We use these promotional products for our community outreach at health fairs to attract parents to our informational tables, and we also use them at daycare agencies and at doctor offices to aid in securing child referrals for our agency. The giveaways are also used at continuing education workshops, parent trainings, company orientations, interviews, and corporate events as well.
What was the overall response from your promo items?
The overall response to our promotional products is amazing! Therapists and parents come over to our booth a lot of the times because of the giveaways presented, which gives us chance to pitch our company to them to either solidify therapist or child referrals into our programs. Therapists and parents have complimented most of the giveaways, but the Dual Tip Highlighters, Star Stress Balls, Magnetic Star Clips and Wolverine Pens are constantly commented on for how useful they are to recipients.
Do you feel that your promo items gave/give you an advantage over competitors?
I believe our promo items do give us an advantage over our competitors in that several of our promotional items are star-shaped, which really amplifies our logo and our branding (a lot of other competitor giveaways are generically-shaped). I feel that, since we are a pediatric based service company, the star promo items also attract parents more because the shape makes them think of children subconsciously. We have received several call backs from candidates based on phone numbers listed on our promotional giveaways and our company branding is reinforced more through the numerous star-shaped products we’ve offered to visitors. This aids in future event recognition since parents and therapists use these practical giveaways in their workplace and/or homes.
Which items disappeared the quickest?
The items that tend to disappear the quickest at our outreach events are the Wolverine Pens, Magnetic Star Clips, Star Stress Balls and Dual Tip Highlighters. The rest of the items all do disappear rather quickly as well!
Based on the performance of these promo items, would you continue to use personalized merchandise to promote your company/organization?
We will continue to use personalized merchandise to promote our early intervention health care company. These giveaways help brand our pediatric therapy agency to therapists and children who we talk to at our outreach events. The giveaways have also gotten us call backs, website traffic, workshop registrations, job applications and child referrals. They are the standard of the industry and we try to be unique with our giveaway offerings to stand out from the rest.
How have promo items contributed to your success?
Our promo items have contributed to our success by attracting therapists and parents to tables at outreach events and by enhancing our branding as a pediatric therapy company. We try to be present at as many outreach / recruiting events as possible to establish our company as one of the national leaders in the industry. These promo giveaways enhance our local presence and create brand recognition that parents looking for therapy services for their child, students graduating from therapy programs and professional providers can know and trust.
How would you describe your overall experiences with Quality Logo Products?
Our overall experience with Quality Logo Products has been fantastic. The team member I have worked with, Michael “Doc” Launius, has given our company exceptional customer service. They have matched or beaten every price I have brought to them from other competitors, the quotes are delivered instantaneously, all our questions have been answered in a timely fashion and he always looks to get us the best price on our products. We will be lifelong customers of Quality Logo Products for all of our promotional merchandising needs!
