Tis the Season… Already?

It’s unavoidable. Look around… Backpacks filled with homework. Evening temperatures in the 60s. Far-too-early autumn items on sale in your local grocery store. Area pools shutting down for the season. Sure, the occasional heat wave may emerge into the month of September that reminds us of the gloriousness that is summer, but let’s face it, there is no time like the present to accept the season change, embrace all that comes with it, and find reasons to celebrate while still promoting your company with style and appropriate timeliness!

I, for one, absolutely dread the thought of winter. <shudders> Even typing the word fills my soul with despair. While fall holds some of the most beautiful weather and scenery the greater Chicagoland has to offer, I hold it accountable for being so close to winter. Nevertheless, it’s time to be optimistic. After all, one of the greatest holidays of all time (it’s actually in my top two favorite), comes within the last couple months of the year. (And, just to throw it in there, my birthday falls on October 1st. So… well… Yes, I take checks).

Light Up Skull Stress Reliever

Halloween promotions are frighteningly fun if your logo finds its place on these squishy skulls.

Halloween is a favorite holiday of mine. When else are we given the OK to dress up in an inappropriate costume, eat pounds upon pounds of candy, embrace horror movies, share favorite ghost stories, and stay up into the wee hours of the morning trying to scare one another? (Sounds like a typical Tuesday night for me… but nevermind). This is where your company comes in on the fun. Embracing Halloween, whether it be decorating your office or engaging your company in a costume contest, shows to the rest of the world that your company still knows how to have fun and can celebrate. Promoting your company through Halloween-themed products does all that AND continues to keep your business, promotions, and sales at the center of it all.

Karma Tumbler

These heavy duty insulated tumblers would make anyone thankful.

Only weeks after Halloween comes the holiday that celebrates family, friends, all other facets of life you are THANKful for, all while enjoying arguably the greatest dinner of the year. Thanksgiving, in my opinion, is such an underrated holiday, one where families and friends, often pressed for time and patience, really have trouble slowing down and taking the time to really appreciate what we have to be thankful for. Even in the world of business, it’s hard to cram into our schedules a moment or two to thank the customers and allies that have brought your company to where it is now. That’s where Quality Logo Products comes in. Yes, we have a turkey stress reliever (it’s pretty cute, isn’t it?), but we also provide gifts of any size, price, and sentiment desired. Give thanks to your customers with an insulated tumbler (such as the Karma Tumbler), which is perfect for a morning cup of coffee. Letting your customers know how appreciative you are of their business will not only make them feel warm and gushy inside, but will also attract the attention from others towards your business.

Safe/Ad Season's Greetings Greeting Card

At last! Personalized holiday cards that also protect you from germs.

And last, but most certainly not least, comes the month of December. It really doesn’t matter which day (or days) you celebrate within this month—it’s a happier time for everyone. Yet, let us not forget (at least for those of us that deal with four very different weather seasons each year), that December brings the harsh reality of blizzards and bitterly cold conditions. During these hectic times, nothing comes in handy more than a Giant Ice Scraper, a tool utilized on a daily basis for us Midwesterners in the winter, and most likely a foreign archaic-looking tool to those on the west coast. BUT, let us not forget that amidst all the chaos that is Chicago winter weather comes some of the greatest memories a year can provide. Enjoy cooking? Try our handy-dandy holiday cookie cutters that will make cooking with family a memorable time. Need custom-made, logo-imprinted holiday cards? Look no further! Quality Logo Products has an assortment of bright and uplifting holiday cards, perfect for families, friends, co-workers, and your very own customers.

We take pride in the plethora and varieties of products offered – even for a celebration that comes one day a year! I, for one, never turn down a great stress reliever. And sure enough, from spooky pumpkins and creepy spiders all the way to very festive, light-up skulls, we have many options in showing off your company’s spirited side. Promote your business with the help of Quality Logo Products, and let the world know you love a good celebration. (And it’s never too early to think of costume ideas… I’m going as Don Draper from “Mad Men.” C’mon, that just screams awesome). To be honest, writing this blog has made me that much more excited for the months and holidays to come. Whether dressing up as Don Draper for Halloween, giving thanks to loved ones, or making snowman-shaped cookies with the family, I think we can all agree that only good things lie ahead of us.

What are you thankful for this year, and which holiday promotional products are you planning to use in your promotions? Thanks for reading our promo products blog…we’re certainly thankful for YOU!

Bubba

Bubba is the Quality Logo Products mascot. He may have started out as "just a stress ball," but he's come a long way since the company's launch in 2003. Bubba has been immortalized in numerous vector artwork designs for internal and external promotions, and you can see him change outfits on the Quality Logo Products homepage whenever a holiday rolls around. Oh, and he thinks pants are for the birds. You can connect with Bubba on

Halloween has always been my favorite holiday, too! I love the fall colors, pumpkins, crazy costumes, and of course…the boatloads of candy. I like all of the promotional products you’ve mentioned, but the light up skull stress ball is to die for! People don’t realize how innovative stress balls have become.

Thanksgiving definitely doesn’t get enough credit! I can think of few things in life that are better than sitting around and eating a delicious meal with loved ones. We are luckier than we know!

Jill – I would have NEVER guessed that Halloween is your favorite holiday by the way your office is decorated currently! :)

I can’t wait to show up to the QLP outing next month dressed up as “The Situation” from Jersey Shore.

It’s going to be a fist pumping good time for all.

I love EVERYTHING about the holidays (except for maybe how expensive they’ve become..). I also think it’s important that management promote the holiday spirit throughout the office place, and what better way than using promotional products! My personal favorite is corporate apparel…

QLP always give their employees $100.00 to spend on ANYTHING they want so long as it can be emblazoned with the QLP logo every Christmas. Add that so some wicked fun holiday competitions and you’ve got employee morale at an all time high!

  3. Scooby DOO!

The spirit of Christmas and most other holidays is GIVING. And, well, receiving too!!

Promotional products make large scale gifts easy and affordable. It’s been a tough year, you might feel guilty about not giving anyone a raise after you asked them to work an extra few hours a week, BUT you want to reward them, SOMEHOW.

    See bubba.

We have gifts some even under $5, that will show your appreciation. So get them all a laser engraved tumbler and then give them a “hall pass” for a two hour early dismissal on the day of their choice. With the imprinted mug, you build unity and with the early dismissal, you create joy.

It’s ALWAYS the little things in life that mean the most.

So stop feeling guilty, call today and get a kick start on your GIVING season, so that you RECIEVE more productivity and less turnover in the end!

That’s a handsome turkey up there at the top…

I think it would be a very clever promotional product for Butterball or Jenny-O come gobble-gobble day. Now if we could just get some bicycle stress relievers for Schwinn to hand out on National Bicycle Day. David Byrne could have even handed some out during his rally to ride a bike in Chicago.

  5. Jana

I freaking LOVE Christmas. I’m so excited every time it gets chilly (even though I hate the cold), because it means Christmas is on the way. I’m the person that gets really excited when holiday stuff starts showing up in September. I’ve already got my Merry Christmas playlist on my iPod.

It’s never too early to get ready for the holidays!!
