Top Promotional Items for Ambitious Realtors
Quality Logo Products is proud to provide hard working people with not just awesome customer service, but also great custom promotional products for their business. Realtors are some of the hardest working people in our recession right now. The housing market is not currently in the sellers’ favor, but it’s a great time to buy. Mortgage rates and house/property prices are at an all-time low, and that means more bang for your buck! Having the right realtor at your side will ensure you get a great house at a great price.
To give dedicated realtors an edge on the competition, I have put together a list of the BEST promotional products for realtors and brokers!
Business cards are great, but magnetic business cards are even better! Give your potential clients a house-shaped magnet with all your contact information. They are ideal for decorating your fridge and they can spruce up any boring file cabinet. Or, give away a calendar magnet and they are sure to see your logo every day when they check future dates!
T-Shirts and Clothing
Everyone loves a free shirt (I know I do). Give away t-shirts with your name, contact information, and an eye-catching graphic. What could be better than a walking advertisement? Whether you prefer long sleeves, short sleeves, or no sleeves at all, there’s something to fit each unique client on your list. I’ve included some of my favorites below, including a baby bib. It’s not exactly a t-shirt, but it would be a shame to leave out the littlest members of the family!
I have about six pens in my purse right now, and maybe another five in my car. But for some reason, I can never find one when I need one. That’s why pens are consistently popular promotional products…because we always need them. I like the Raptor Pen (pictured below on the far left) because it comes in subtle-but-pretty colors and it writes beautifully. If you give someone a classy pen like that, they will be sure to remember you. Or, go with the Bic WideBody Message Pen (pictured below on the far right) for maximum impact — you can personalize up to 6 different messages! Click pens, stick pens, and twist pens don’t vary much in price, but choosing the right one depends on your writing preference.
After you’ve sold someone their dream home, hand them their new house keys with a beautiful engraved key chain attached to it. Homeowners will love the gesture and pass on the good word to their friends and family about how helpful you were in finding their new place! We have a variety of metal house key chains, but I like the House Keytags (pictured below on the far left) the best. It’s simply elegant. If metal isn’t your thing, then you could go with a House-Shaped Measuring Tape Keychain (second from left) or even a stress ball house key chain (middle)!
When you’re selling someone’s house, it’s always pleasant to have a nice hot pot of coffee, tea, or hot chocolate for your potential buyers during the open house. Give them a Color Touch Stainless Tumbler (pictured on the far left) for the hot beverage and maybe they will use your services to buy or sell a house in the future. In the warm summer months, have lemonade or iced tea ready with a Varsity Acrylic Tumbler with Straw (second from the left). There are tons of travel tumbler options!
Home and Office Products
Want to show off your creativity even more? Many home and office products could be easily targeted toward new homebuyers or interested investors. For one, give your potential customers a house-shaped bank (pictured on the far left below) to save up for their down payment on a house. When they put money in the bank and see your logo, it will inspire them to give you a call when they are ready to take the big step into home ownership! Or, mints, stress balls, bag clips, and mouse pads are other cool house-related promo items worth looking into.
