Once I accessed the website someone contacted me via email to see if I needed any help and from there it went efficiently, smoothly. The bottle koozies were exactly what I expected from the pre-order previewing. Our representative was helpful and being able to do all this online was a bonus! We would definitely consider Quality Logo Products in the future when the need for products with our logo arises.
