Pens are great! Spiral notebooks better than expected. Coffee cups okay (did not have enough time to do two-color, but they arrived before I needed them, so that was good!) Some breakage, but you compensated me for it. Very nice. Padfolios are nice; wish I had stuck with leather. Manufacturer had an overrun, and sent them all, but wanted us to pay a reduced rate for them. Still being resolved. Overall, we are very satisfied with your company. Our sales representative is a good guy to work with.
