I wanted to share how pleased we were with the products and especially the service we received during our dealings with your company.

Faced with very limited time, we placed our order for some promotional items for a trade show we are exhibiting at in Orlando, FL. Because of the very short time and the uncertainty of dealing with an "unproven" supplier, to say the least there was considerable anxiety. Thanks, however, to your customer service department, our order was promptly acknowledged, the art samples were received faster than any other supplier has ever managed to do, and most importantly our orders were received well in time for shipment to the event.

To say the least it was a very satisfying experience. Needless to say, you have earned a happy new customer and we will be placing future orders.

I thought the products were great. They fulfilled my expectations perfectly. The sales staff was very helpful and prompt, however the informal nature of the call caught me off guard. The staff was courteous, friendly, and helpful but was not professional in the traditional sense of the word. Not necessarily bad, but it did raise concerns that the company was not professional. Products are great and I will re-order, depending on customer feedback.

Huge Discount!

Same product purchased from another company but at a huge discount. Sales Rep was very nice, patient and extremely helpful! We needed a particular marketing item, I emailed her a scan of what we currently had and she did the rest. Other companies I have ordered from just can't compete with the prices or the service.
