Okay but not great.

I had previously ordered pens from you that were not writing well, it is embarassing to be signing legal documents and have our pens malfucntion. Your agent sent me refills for some of them, this was only semi satisfactory. I was aprehensive about ordering with you again, but did. I switched style of pens for my last order and the pens have been working out well.
