Above and Beyond the Competition

A couple of weeks ago, we ordered some mugs from a "rival" company and got them last Friday. They were not at all what we specifically asked for, and we were very displeased because our event that we were giving them out for was coming up in a week. Pastor said to contact another company and see if they can get us what we want in time. I talked with a sales representative at your company, and he was such a help! I have never met anyone on the phone that was so cooperative and kind. I cannot even begin to tell you how horrible dealing with the other company was and still is. Your company is now at the top of our ordering list because of your quality service. Thank you so much for getting me out of the bind that the other company created.
