Overview: The marketing department of a golf course planning a father/son tournament and
barbecue wanted to create giveaways advertising the event sponsors. They chose the
Permanent Marker (MRPG) and the Mouse Pad (MP2A). They placed two permanent
markers imprinted with the tournament name in every golf cart for the purpose of
marking golf balls, and placed the remaining markers on the tables at the barbecue. The
mouse pad effectively recognized and advertised the ten event sponsors.
Distribution: Given away at a golf tournament to participating attendees and family members.
Outcome: The tournament attendees loved the giveaways. The event sponsors were pleased to be
recognized and advertised.
