» How Are Paper Cubes Made/Printed?

Paper cubes are made by converted paper product manufacturers who produce them for promotional companies and office suppliers.

Paper cubes come in many sizes and styles. These stacks of memo or note paper can be customized to display company logos on each sheet or on the sides of the stack itself. Among the most popular stacks are square paper cubes and rectangular paper cubes that can be printed in pastel or bright colors. Sometimes memo notes have self-adhesive strips that permanently or temporarily bond; this option is very popular among businesspeople!

A paper cube is one of the most useful promotional items you can buy. If your company logo is imprinted on a paper cube, it's going to be constantly visible to clients while it's on their desks. When you add the self-adhesive option, these notes get stuck on everything from books, correspondence, file folders, computer screens, and desktops! They are also frequently forwarded within a single complex or mailed from one office to another. Your company's logo has the potential to travel the world with just one inexpensive notepad!

The initial process of making paper cubes is divided into three categories, and many paper manufacturers handle all three within their establishments. The first step is to turn wood into pulp; this is accomplished by extracting the necessary cellulose fibers from dirt and other contaminants. Factories that specialize in this stage of paper production are called pulp mills. Recycled paper is used for some paper products, but usually only by sellers that explicitly specify as such.

The second stage of making paper cubes is to turn the pulp into large rolls of paper; each roll is used to make various types of converted paper products. Manufacturers and factories that conduct this part of the operation are referred to as either paper mills or paperboard mills.

The final stage of making paper cubes is to use raw paper in the production of paper supplies. Companies that specialize in this area are known as converted paper product manufacturers. At this point in the process, the raw paper is divided and distributed to each project. It is used to make products like paperboard, coated-paper, stationery, and writing paper.

Paperboard is used in container manufacturing; the process involves equipment that cuts, shapes, and corrugates the paper to produce formed products. Paperboard items include packing boxes, shipping boxes, and all types of product packaging.

Coated-paper manufacturers use equipment that cuts, coats, and treats paper as well as plastics and foils. Coated-paper is used to produce items like grocery bags, paper cups and plates, and food service containers.

Stationery and office supply companies use raw and recycled paper to construct file folders, cardstock, loose paper, tablets, and notepads. These are the types of businesses that produce paper cubes. To create self-adhering memos, an adhesive is added to each of the papers before they're cut and creates the temporary stickiness. To make non-adhering memos and notepads, each sheet is attached to the next as the paper is stacked.

Promotional companies that supply promotional items like paper cubes usually have a major manufacturer that supplies their standard-stock and custom orders. The selling company usually chooses various designs of paper cubes and then places orders with the manufacturer.
