I just wanted to send you a note of appreciation for the superior customer service I received from my customer service rep. I needed a lot of help with our order, and our rep was right there every step of the way with answers to our questions and a positive attitude on top of it all. That combination is hard to find these days, and you are lucky to have them on your team.
We just received our order yesterday afternoon and we are thrilled with the building blocks! We were able to customize the font and lettering to our corporate standards with no problems. These blocks are a critical part of our Service Quality program that we just kicked off and we cannot wait to start putting them to good use. I hear our marketing department is eager to check these blocks out as well!
