Yeup, starting a business is not easy. That’s why most of us work for others. :0)

  2. Scooby DOO!

The point? There is always hope no matter how dismal your career or life may be. If this blog post encourages you, entertain the idea, think it through, and if it feels right, go for it. All successful people in this world have taken a risk, and made a major decision that changed the course of their life forever. New ventures are started every day, will yours be today?

Oh and don’t forget, when you start your company, you’ll need some promo items and marketing tips. Call your branding gods at QLP!

  3. QLP Jill

These are all valuable resources if you’re an aspiring entrepreneur! I know quite a few people who would benefit from the advice in these blog posts. I agree with Scooby – sometimes you just need to jump in with both feet and GO FOR IT! There’s no better time than right now.

  4. Bret Bonnet

This a GREAT list. Thanks for putting it together Brian.

Man, I wish I had something like this when I first started out.

Just remember, when it comes time to take the “big plunge”, you are your own worst enemy… Just close your eyes, jump in, and never look back.

Another great TANGIBLE resource not listed here is your local college or institution. Most good colleges will jump through hoops to help their alumni out, and they often have a surprising plethora of tools usually available to be used at your own disposal should you decide to use them when/if venturing out on your own.

  5. QLP Kid

I agree with you Bret. Even for me (someone that is not even an Alumni) NCC has been most willing to help me in any way they can. I guess that’s what happens when you give someone as much $$$ as you have to give NCC =)

  6. Kat

Great post and helpful tips, especially for the way the economy is these days!

  7. Jana

Nice set of resources for someone starting up a company. I was particularly drawn to the blogs that had a small number of tips (<20) as opposed to the overwhelming 77. If I want that many tips, I'll go buy a book!

  8. Terri Birchler

I got what you intend, thankyou for posting .

  9. Daniel_C!

Thanks for sharing that list 🙂 Start up requires a range of effort starting from hard work to smart work. I am quite sure these tips will be of great help. Thanks for understanding the requirement and helping.
    Good luck!
