Quality Logo Products Website Update: 4 New User-Friendly Features

We here at Quality Logo Products are always looking for ways to make our website a little more user-friendly. Thanks to lots of brainstorming and feedback, we’re happy to announce a whole bunch of changes that we think our customers are going to love.

New Categories

Previously, we’ve split up our products by type: corporate apparel, mouse pads, tote bags & custom bags, etc.

We realized that not all of our customers come to our website knowing specifically that they want to buy a tote bag. Perhaps you’re working with a strict budget and want to browse our clearance section. Or maybe you want to snag a brand new promotional item that nobody’s seen before.

Not a problem.

Quick overview of each category:

Clearance Center: Every product that has been marked clearance will appear in this section. Even though you will get some killer deals, you’ll have to move quickly. Inventory will change quickly and not every single color is on clearance.

Online Specials: This is our new sale category. Everything currently on sale on our website will appear here.

Products Under $1: Looking for a great promo item at a great price? Then head on over to our Under $1 section where everything is, well, under a dollar.

Best Selling Items: This category displays our top-selling promotional items. So if you’re looking for a promotional giveaway that’s sure to please, check out what the rest of our customers are buying!

New Products: If you are looking for the freshest promotional items, then you won’t want to miss this section. Anything that we’ve added to our site in the last 90 days appears here. It’s a great section to visit if you want to make sure you have exciting, eye-catching giveaways!

Updated Search Results

Before when you would search on our website, you would get a long list of results with small pictures and less-than-helpful snip-its of text.

Don’t worry, we got rid of that.

Now we’re proud to deliver search results with large pictures and essential information. This lets you easily browse through the relevant products.

Check out what comes up when you search for “blue tote bag”:

Nice and simple. And much easier to do a little comparison shopping.

Quick View

Now that you’ve searched for a product on our website, there’s a way to check out more information without leaving the search results page.

Just move your mouse over the product you’re interested in, and a large, orange button with the text “QUICK VIEW” will appear.

Click on that button, and a box will pop up with more details about the item. This will show you the item size, imprint size, print time, minimum order quantity, price range, and the customer rating.

It will also show you the different colors the item comes in (if applicable), and you can click the color to see the product in that particular color.

If you decide that this might be an item you’re interested in, click on the orange “LEARN MORE” button to go to the actual product page.

Hello Bar

Before our update, our product pages required a lot of extra scrolling and clicking. If you scrolled all the way down to the bottom to read the reviews, you’d have to do a lot more scrolling to get back up to the pricing information.

This is why we’ve added a hello bar to every single product page. Once you scroll down past the product image, a bar will pop up with multiple navigation options.

The hello bar serves as a quick guide to navigate you around our product pages. Clicking on the image or product name takes you back to the top. The other blue text leads you to those specific areas on the product page.

    I wish more companies made the “Quick View” as succinct as ours, and gave you the necessary information right up-front. Chances are, then, I’d actually use it for the intended purpose, toss the item in my cart, and check right on out. In a world where two seconds of loading time can make or break a website, things like this make all the difference.

      Right? Instead of having to open up 5 different product pages just to determine the right color, price, or quantity, you just have to take a quick look and then move on. It definitely streamlines the process, and I appreciate that no matter whose website it is. 🙂

    Love that the bar with all the pricing information is called the “Hello bar”, just cracks me up, haha! These are great changes and ones that I think customers are going to really like and enjoy 🙂

      I’m a big fan of the hello bar, especially since you can click the picture to return to the top of the page. I know that I could scroll, but a single click is so much easier. 😉

    I love all these new features, especially the added general categories. Instead of a customer guessing and hoping on a good choice, they can know right away what are the most popular/best selling items. I think that’s one huge awesome step forward!!! That helps them make sure they’re buying promo items that are in demand, right now. Which helps to make sure their brand is in the hands of more people, more often. =)

      Absolutely! I think the categories will be especially helpful for first-time promo products buyers. You definitely want to make sure that your investment is worthwhile, so why not pick something that’s a guaranteed hit? 😀

    Excellent rundown, Mandy! I love how much easier all of these updates make our site to navigate for our customers. The general categories should certainly be a big help for people who come to our site completely unsure of what they want. I’m excited to see what other new features we have coming!

      I definitely like the new categories. If I had to personally order promo items, I wouldn’t be sure where to start either.
