These foam footballs have been personalized for company outings, high schools, and even for fantasy football leagues! Sports fans love ’em and they’re a blast to toss around at the office.

Metallic Viper Pen9. Metallic Viper Pen — Always popular with the ladies and gentlemen, this in-demand click pen is as stylish as it is affordable. Who could resist the bold, metallic colors in contrast with the bright silver trim? We dare you to resist snagging this sleek promo item out of a pen cup!

Collapsible Koozie Can Cooler8. Collapsible Koozie Can Cooler — Can koozies aren’t limited to summer picnics or barbecues (people drink from cans no matter what the weather’s like outside). We think the rainbow of available colors plays a big part in this giveaway item’s popularity! Whether you want to give a long-lasting gift at holiday parties or at your best friend’s wedding, these durable can insulators have your back.

Mood Stadium Cup (17 ounces)7. Mood Stadium Cup (17 0z) — Color-changing promo products never cease to fascinate people: myself included. Let’s be honest…we’d all have a blast pouring ice-cold beverages into these mood cups just to watch the colors change before our eyes. And clearly, November’s customers share the same fascination!

Eco-Friendly Non Woven Tote Bag (Small)6. Eco-Friendly Non Woven Tote Bag (Small) — ‘Tis the season for reusable tote bags! More and more companies are making these totes available to customers in stores, but you don’t have to run a supermarket to use them to their fullest potential. Our colorful little polypropylene bags make an impact anywhere from industry conventions to fundraisers — and they’re well under a buck a piece to boot.

Promotional Stadium Cups (16 ounces)5. Promotional Stadium Cups (16 oz) — Although they don’t change colors like their mood cup counterparts, there’s much to be said about these 16-ounce plastic cups. They hold up well as an everyday drinking cup but they’d also kick butt as a desktop accessory for pens, pencils, or paperclips. Plus, these customizable stadium cups come in 17 different shades to coordinate with any color scheme!

Bic Clic Stic Pen4. Bic Clic Stic Pen — These bad boys never disappoint. If you need a reliable click-action pen with an array of mix-and-match colors, then this is it! Bic Clic Stic Pens have hundreds of possible color combos to make logos stand out like the dickens. And did I mention they’re one of the most inexpensive promotional pens on our site?

Cinch-Up Backpack (Drawstring)3. Cinch-Up Backpack (Drawstring) — You may have seen a few of these drawstring backpacks on high school or college campuses and wished you had one of your own. We don’t blame you. Cinch-up bags are steadily climbing the charts regardless of the season, so this may be the promo item for you if you’re into timeless giveaways!

Round Stress Relievers2. Round Stress Reliever — Although we have thousands of stress balls on our site, sometimes simple is better. These round stress balls fit into hands like a dream! You can throw them, smash them, or (of course) squeeze them to get through stressful days. Check out the bright, candy-colored hues you can choose from…

The Alpine bottle for $1.99 each is a freaking steal!

I’m surprised a calendar or calendars didn’t make this list – these are an especially popular promotional product around this time of year.

Thanks for putting this list together Jill – I’m sure our customers will appreciate knowing what’s hot and not each and every month! 🙂

    • Jill Tooley

I was a bit surprised at that, too! But there are some spectacular products on here, that’s for sure. 😀

No problem, it was fun to compile!

I love receiving cinch-up backpacks from places! I have one from college that’s great to cram stuff in for road trips and to take to the gym – which also gives great brand exposure. The Alpine Aluminum water bottles are also great, they’re so nice to bring into work so people can stay hydrated (and healthy, which means less sick days 😉 ).

I’m curious to see if any of the upper products move their way down to number 1 or if new products will make the top spots. Guess we’ll have to wait and see!

Drawstring backpacks work incredibly well as gym bags, you’re right! (Now, if I could just convince myself to actually GO to the gym, haha)

When I first applied at NCC, they gave me a nice little prize pack with a cinch-up bag, a North Central pen, and a personalized chocolate bar! I’ll never forget that. It was delicious, too! 😉

I’m also curious to see which promo items rise to the top in coming months…ah, the suspense…

  3. Mandy Kilinskis

I guess it’s never too cold to sip a refreshing beverage out of a sweet mood changing cup! If I had one, I’d probably drink cold water out of it all year long!

As the cold weather really starts to hit the northern half of the country, I’ll be interested to see if we have some shifts in popularity. And I can’t wait to see what our top-selling products of 2011 were!

    • Jill Tooley

Mood cups rule. Hell, I’m still drawn to those silly mood rings in the impulse sections of stores…so why wouldn’t I make use of a color-changing cup? 😉

Oh, I’m willing to bet there will be a few shifts in the top 10. Ice scrapers sell like hotcakes this time of year! And if the top promotional products of 2011 are anything like the top promos of 2010, then I guarantee there will be some surprises in the ranks!

  4. Amanda

These are all great products! I like the can coolers the best though. Those come in so handy when you’re drinking from a cup that condensates! I hate condensating cups–so those are a winner for me! =) And they come in so many fun colors!

    • Jill Tooley

Thanks, Amanda! I agree with you — I hate having can rings on my desk!

  5. Alex Brodsky

I never thought about getting a promo item for my fantasy football league! If I win, I’m DEFINITELY going to get one of the trophies from our website imprinted with my face, telling everyone to “Bow down before me!”

  6. Roxanne Krause

I wish we could get those mood changing cups in South Africa! they would be such a hit!!

  7. Jen

I have an Aluminum Water Bottle I use everyday, so it doesn’t surprise me that they are number 1 on the list. It also doesn’t shock me that the Metallic Viper Pen made the list. They are so sleek and write wonderfully. At my last employer we got a set of Viper pens as a New Year gift. I thought it was an awesome gift to receive, they are so classy. Great list Jill, I can’t wait to see the top 10 promo products from 2011!
