Hands-Free SPF 30 SunscreenNobody likes a sun burn! Protect your skin and promote your brand with the hypoallergenic Hands-Free SPF 30 Sunscreen. This USA made giveaway is best for outside sporting events and picnics because of the hands-free application tube. Now your guests can enjoy their burgers without the sunblock aftertaste!

Insulated Mug (34 oz)Your guests can wash that yummy burger down with an ice cold drink from an Insulated Mug. The large imprint area puts your logo front and center against one of the neutral color choices. Is 34 ounces less than what you’d need to cool down? Try the Glacier Water Bottle instead — it holds a generous 64 ounces of your favorite drink.

Mini FanOr, what if it’s just too hot outside and an ice cold beverage just doesn’t cut it at all? No problem, have your logo imprinted on a personal hand held Mini Fan. These cool little gadgets are small enough to take everywhere, but they give off a powerful breeze! They even come with a lanyard and batteries, so guests can start using them right away.

Crystal Water GunWant to know how to maximize cooling power when the heat strikes full force? WATER! And the best way to get wet in the summer months is with a water gun (they’re not just for kids anymore). The 6” Crystal Water Gun will be an inexpensive and unexpected giveaway this summer. Associating your brand with a fun activity is a sure fire way to make it memorable, especially if it involves chasing each other around in an epic water fight!

Wave Rubberized SunglassesAlso keep in mind that the only way to make a squirt gun fight any cooler would be while wearing Wave Rubberized Sunglasses. They come in a bunch of fun summer colors and the shape appeals to all genders and ages. Your guest will appreciate the quality of these shades and you can appreciate the low price!

Luster Tone Beach BallDon’t forget about our other inexpensive-but-super-fun summer promos, like the ridiculously popular Koozie Six-Pack Cooler to keep drinks frosty, the awesome tie-dyed Confetti Flyer for intense games of Ultimate Frisbee out in open areas, the unique Luster Tone Beach Ball for a modern twist on a pool party classic, and the Ice Cream Scoop-it for an always-delicious summer time snack (or a Sundae Sunday promotion). Bubba is the Quality Logo Products mascot. He may have started out as "just a stress ball," but he's come a long way since the company's launch in 2003. Bubba has been immortalized in numerous vector artwork designs for internal and external promotions, and you can see him change outfits on the Quality Logo Products homepage whenever a holiday rolls around. Ah this post makes me want summer to be here right now!! I lovee the Sun, and Summer weather! Great rundown Jen! 🙂

    • Jen

Thanks Jaimie. I loved writing this blog, summer promos are my ultimate favorite!

  2. Jill Tooley

I’m so happy that you featured water guns! Water gun fights are where it’s at on hot summer days. Also, I’d love to have that sunblock (mine doesn’t taste very good, haha).

May I also suggest adult flip flops for warm weather giveaways? Any company giving those away would be my hero — I wear sandals from April to November EVERY year! 🙂

    • Jen

Great suggestion, those flippy floppies are da bomb!!!!

  3. Mandy Kilinskis

In addition to keeping your drinks cool, make sure that you’re keeping your cans cool with some awesome koozies.

And if you’re going to host an outdoor event or set up a booth at a community/county fair, hand fans are the BEST. I went out of my way at the county fair to find booths that had them!

    • Jen

Hand Fans are awesome. In the summer months they can be a life saver, no batteries required! Thanks for the suggestions Mandy 🙂

  4. Rachel

I think the mini fans are my favorite! I have fond memories of my mom buying (very overpriced) fans at ball games or for vacation so that we could mist ourselves in the heat. It’d be way more awesome to get one for free from a company!

    Great list, Jen, thanks!

The spray bottle hand fans at Walt Disney World saved my life a few years ago. I think I payed a crazy $14 dollars for it, but it lasted the whole trip and July in Florida is ridiculously hot. It was money well spent. Thanks Rachel 🙂

  5. Amy Swanson

I loved getting those free water guns as a kid from festivals! Man, that takes me back, haha. You can’t go wrong with good ol’ fashioned paper fans too though. They’re affordable for any company and they can make a humid, sweltering summer day bearable (speaking from experience on several occasions 😉 )

    • Jen

My mom’s company gave away water guns at a company picnic a few years ago, and they were a hit with the kids, but even more with the adults. It was an outside event so everyone was wanting to get wet and cool off.

And the hand fans are always a great warm weather favorite, thanks Amy!

If you can’t get the battery-powered fan, well, I’d say the next-best-thing would be the paper variant. On the plus side, it won’t run out of batteries on you. I’ve been given those at the Taste a few times, now, and they always come in handy, whether I’m in Grant Park, or back at La Salle Street Station waiting on my train home.

    • Jen

Paper fans seem to be the general favorite here. They are a very inexpensive, but useful summer time promotional product.
