We take our regulatory responsibilities seriously. All reports of identity theft will be investigated and will include the involvement of law enforcement agencies if needed. Not to mention, we have theft prevention procedures in place to ensure that your information is secure and protected.
Examples of identity theft prevention procedures:
- Obtaining identifying documents from new clients
- Verifying information received from consumer reporting agencies and service providers
- Monitoring account transactions
- Verifying the validity of address change
Quality Logo Products shareholders assign specific responsibility for implementing of the Red Flag Rule, approving material changes, and reviewing staff reports of identity theft. Our shareholders also report annually on the status of the program.
