Imprinting / Ink Colors (top)
The imprint areas given for each product are approximate and may vary from piece to piece.
Quality Logo Products, Inc. will size all artwork to utilize each items maximum imprint area unless otherwise noted in writing by the customer.
Due to the density of some items, a slight wrinkle may occur when the printing pad hits the item, which may cause a slight breakup in the imprint.
Some imprint colors will print differently, depending on the color of the product. For example: blue on yellow backgrounds may appear with a green tint, white on red backgrounds may appear with a pink tint and so forth.
Color misregistration of the industry standard 1/16 inch (1/16") is considered acceptable but may different depending on the item.
Exact color replication for reorders may vary.
PMS matching may be available depending on item. Exact PMS matching cannot be guaranteed. Quality Logo Products will advise you of the best ink color for your product at the time of ordering.
Sale Prices, Coupons and Discounts (top)
Sale prices are valid through the stated period (or published period) and are good only while supplies last. Discounts are based on the product total only and do not apply to shipping, setup charges, or sales tax.
Coupons have a maximum discount (see individual offer) and applies to the item cost only. One coupon per customer/order. Offer cannot be combined with any other coupon or offer. New orders only.
The volume discount schedule does not apply to imprinting or blank orders for Printing Services products.
Unless otherwise noted, volume discounts and coupons may not be combined with any other offer or sale items.
Requests for price/special offer adjustments are applied to purchases made within 7 days of the posted sale price.
Sample Policy (top)
You want to know what you’re investing your hard earned money in, of course! We understand how important it is to truly experience an item’s uses first hand. So in order to help you purchase with confidence, we have developed the following sample policy:
Samples can be requested online using the “Request a Sample” link located on each product details page. Quality Logo Products, Inc. will provide one FREE SAMPLE, including UPS Ground shipping, up to $5.00 (intro quantity). All samples over $5.00 will require payment via credit card prior to sending the sample, and shipping is additional.
You are more than welcome to provide your shipping account number at the time of ordering if you would like the shipment sooner/expedited. Most items available online do NOT ship from the same location, so when requesting a sample stress ball and a sample pen, there is a very high likelihood that each sample will require its own shipment. The cost of shipping and handling above and beyond the initial FREE SAMPLE, regardless of the cost of the item, is the responsibility of the customer. The necessary billing information will be collected prior to shipping multiple or paid samples.
Quality Logo Products reserves the right to refuse shipment of any sample to any party at our discretion. Though most samples are free of charge, Quality Logo Products from time to time may require a valid credit card and billing address for address verification purposes before mailing a sample. Sample BIC pens, pencils, sticky note pads, and key tags are not available. Please check your local office supply store if you need samples of these items as many of them are available on regular store shelves.
Samples are currently only available to clients located in the continental United States who can receive regular shipments via UPS Ground.
SIDE NOTE: If you end up placing a full order for one of the samples you purchase you will be refunded the item cost for that specific item.
Proof Policy (top)
Quality Logo Products requires that all new orders receive a paper/electronic proof and order acknowledgment prior to releasing the order to final production. A paper proof will be provided
at no cost, and is our best representation of what your final print/product will look like. Often the artwork is to size or to scale (as indicated on the artwork), and is only intended to provide an idea as to what the final product will look like when completed. The paper proof and order acknowledgment are checked for misspellings and other mistakes (such as item colors, sizing, imprint color, imprint locations …), but due to order volume, there is inevitably the rare instance that an error might go unnoticed. For this reason, we strongly recommend that you take part in this process by carefully checking your paperwork before signing off and submitting your approval. IT IS NOT SAFE TO ASSUME ANYTHING. Quality Logo Products can not be held responsible for any wrong interpretations of the artwork or order approval, so if you have any questions or if something is unclear, please contact your sales representative to clarify the matter.
At the time of proofing your order/artwork, if you do notice a mistake, please contact your account representative or note it on the paperwork accordingly. We will be more than happy to make any corrections or changes promptly and for no additional charge. All changes must be confirmed in writing (e-mail is acceptable).
Orders approved “As Is” will be printed exactly as stated, and no new proof will be sent/required. Orders approved “with Changes” will be printed according to the change(s) and no new proof will be sent/required. Orders marked “Additional Proof Required” will receive a new proof, and final production will not begin until an order “Approved As Is” or “Approved with Changes” is received.
QUALITY LOGO PRODUCTS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY TYOGRAPHICAL MISTAKES OR ERRORS THAT ARE OVERLOOKED AND LATER APPROVED BY THE CUSTOMER. In addition, Quality Logo Products cannot be held responsible for any damages that may be incurred as a result of the error or mistake after the order has been printed and accepted by the customer.
For example, if an order is supposed to read “Happy Birthday”, but the customer approves the artwork with a typographical error so the artwork reads “Hapy Birthday” (missing a “p” in “Happy”), Quality Logo Products can not be held responsible for the misprint as a result of the error. Once the customer approves the proof and order acknowledgment, we are not at liberty to make ANY changes to the order. Whether correct or with errors, the order is printed exactly as approved by the customer. For this reason, it is VERY IMPORTANT to carefully look over ALL the paperwork before replying with your approval.
Payment Terms (top)
Quality Logo Products's terms are 100% prepayment.
All outstanding balances must be paid in full before production can begin. By signing the provided order acknowledgment the buyer acknowledges that they are entering into a contractual agreement with Quality Logo Products, Inc. (herein referred to as QLP) and gives QLP permission to apply any outstanding balance to the payment method provided first, until paid in full, and then proceed with the payment terms as outlined in this section below.
All new customers are required to prepay a 100% before production can begin on their order. Any outstanding balances exceeding the initial charge amount will be collected after the order has shipped.
Terms are given at the discretion of Quality Logo Products, Inc. The full amount of an invoice may and can be charged to the supplied credit card on file at any point before, during, or after the order. There is a $35 service fee for each returned check. All refunds of $100 or more will be returned by bank check within 10- 15 business days via first class mail.
If you need to use a Purchase Order to submit/request payment, we would be more than happy to provide you with the necessary paperwork for you or your accounting department at the time of placing your order.
Shipping Policy (top)
Under normal circumstances Quality Logo Products, Inc. will guarantee to ship your merchandise on or before your specific deadline; however you should be aware that we can not be held responsible for delays on the part of the carrier who is delivering your merchandise. In rare instances, we may actually ship the item after the intended ship date by a faster shipping method in order to meet the intended receipt date. The additional cost for this will be at our expense. While Quality Logo Products does guarantee that your goods will arrive by a certain day, we are unable to guarantee an exact time of delivery.
Orders that qualify for the delivery guarantee will include “(MUST HAVE XX/XX/XX) next to the shipment method. Orders that do NOT contain this notation do NOT qualify for the delivery guarantee.
Depending on the shipping method or carrier selected - a signature may be required to complete delivery. All signature requirements are determined at the carriers discretion and enforced according to the selected carriers policies, terms, and conditions. Quality Logo Products is not responsible for missed or delayed shipments as a result of carrier's signature requirements not being met by the receiving party.
Polyurethane Products (top)
Please note, no two stress balls or shapes are exactly the same because they are made by hand. The density of the polyurethane varies from item to item. Therefore, it is impossible to guarantee a consistent uniform imprint or item color. Although we feel our imprint quality is the best in the industry, a certain amount of distortion is unavoidable. We will make every effort to recommend the best layout of your ad copy for maximum quality.
Products Shown (top)
The products shown are for demonstration purposes only. Actual product and color may vary slightly from what is displayed on your computer monitor.
Over Runs / Under Runs (top)
Due to the nature of production and manufacturing standards, over runs and under runs may occur within a 5% - 10% range. This means that you may receive an overage or shortage on your order.
If you require a specific quantity, we strongly encourage you to order 10% more than your target quantity.
We will charge you for the quantity shipped. You will not be charged for products you do not receive.
Cancellations and Changes (top)
Once your order is placed, it will be processed and shipped quickly. If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us immediately. Otherwise, we may not be able to make changes before your order ships.
Once you approve the order acknowledgment and artwork approval, the order is initiated and production begins. If you require additional information or clarification, please contact your sales representative.
Cancellations are charged a $30 service fee plus any production charges accrued at the time. Production charges include, but are not limited to, art charges, paper or product proofs, setup charges, digitizing (embroidery), restocking fee (15% of item price), or shipping charges. These fees will be billed at Quality Logo Products discretion.
The best way to avoid cancellation fees is to be 100% confident that you want to move forward with your order. Please make your selections carefully and thoughtfully.
Returns & Claims (top)
We make every effort to fill your order to your specifications. The ordering process for imprinted goods allows you the opportunity to obtain a sample of the good (often at no charge) before ordering and to approve your print proof before the imprinting process begins. Because once they are imprinted these specially-manufactured goods have no value to us or to other customers, no returns of properly-imprinted goods are accepted. Un-imprinted merchandise returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and the necessary freight costs to return the product do apply. Incomplete or partial returns will not be accepted. Unauthorized returns are not accepted.
Any imprinted products returned in violation of this policy will be discarded at Quality Logo Products discretion.
In the case that you believe you received a product or order in error, please contact customer service within 5 working days of receipt of the merchandise. Claims made after this time will not be reviewed. Before Quality Logo Products can begin to process a claim, a sampling of the goods (quantity will be determined at Quality Logo Products discretion) must be provided for us to review. Quality Logo Products reserves the right to take up to seven working days to process/review a claim from the date of receipt of the goods in question. Any credits, returns, or refunds will be processed within two business days after review, unless otherwise noted. Please see our payment policy for further information.
In the case of a customer error or unauthorized return (including rejected shipments), the customer is responsible for the return freight back to Quality Logo Products, unless otherwise noted.
Not Intended for Children or for Animals (top)
Our products are not intended as toys for children. These products are novelty items and are intended for promotional use only. No item should be given to small children or pets to be used as a toy.
18 Years of Age (top)
You must be 18 years of age or older to order from Quality Logo Products, Inc. If you are a minor and would like to place an order, please have an adult in your household make this purchase for you.
When ordering merchandise from Quality Logo Products, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old and possess the legal authority to enter into a purchase agreement and to use this web site in accordance with Quality Logo Products terms and conditions.
All the logos and trademarks are registered trademarks and logos of their respective owners and copyright holders. They are provided only as a convenience for their lawful use, and should be used only by owner of the logo or trademark, authorized agents or affiliates, with proper permission from the copyright holders.
Any customer of Quality Logo Products, Inc. represents and warrants to Quality Logo Products, Inc. that he or she has the unrestricted right to use, copy and distribute each copyright, trademark, service mark, trade name, logo, statement, graphic, artwork, name, photograph, portrait, picture or illustration of any person or any other intellectual property in the way it is to be printed on or otherwise applied to the promotional merchandise ordered by the customer. All customers must agree to defend, indemnify and hold Quality Logo Products, Inc. and its parent company harmless from any claims, suits or actions alleging that the promotional merchandise ordered by the customer violates or infringes upon any rights of any third party.
All customers are solely responsible for obtaining proper permissions and licenses from third parties whose rights may be violated or infringed. To use any logo, trademark or copyrighted items, a customer MUST have written permission from the owner of the logo or trademark or copyright, or be an employee or authorized agent or affiliate of the owner. A customer may NOT use any logo or other graphic material in a manner which may infringe copyright. A customer also may NOT use any logo or trademark in a vulgar, libelous, disparaging or otherwise unlawful manner. Quality Logo Products, Inc. assumes no responsibility for damages or any wrong doing that the customer may cause using a logo, trademark or copyrighted items. Quality Logo Products, Inc. shall not be held liable for the unauthorized, improper, or illegal use of any logo or trademark or copyright that is printed on or otherwise applied to promotional merchandise ordered or purchased by the customer through Quality Logo Products, Inc.
Unauthorized use of trademarks and copyrights found on this web site is illegal.
Artwork and Intellectual Property Ownership (top)
Unless otherwise arranged prior to production, all artwork and digitizing created by Quality Logo Products for your order remains the property of Quality Logo Products and will be maintained at our facility for our exclusive usage in executing your orders. Because our policy is to render art/digitizing/etc. services for production orders solely on a cost-recovery basis, any transfer to the client of rights to creative works and materials prepared or contracted by our personnel is subject to reasonable release fees, commensurate with the creative services rendered and at a value as determined solely by us.
Right to Refuse Service (top)
Quality Logo Products reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. Should Quality Logo Products (at its own discretion) determine that an order may be fraudulent, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any such order for any reason at any time. We enforce this policy to ensure a secure, professional and convenient online shopping environment for all of our customers.
FACTA Red Flag Compliance: (top)
The purpose of the Quality Logo Products's Theft Prevention/Red Flag Policy is to define Quality Logo Products's business units' responsibilities in detecting, preventing, and mitigating identity theft as required by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) under the Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions (FACT) Act. The rule adopted by the FTC is referred to as the "Red Flag Rule."
All employees, temporary workers, and contractors of Quality Logo Products and its affiliates are responsible for adhering to this policy.
The shareholders of Quality Logo Products are responsible for administering this policy.
Quality Logo Products takes seriously its regulatory responsibilities and all reports of identity theft will be investigated and acted upon, up to and including the involvement of law enforcement agencies, when needed.
All employees are required to receive regular training in identity theft prevention and red flag procedures. This training includes but is not limited to the new-hire training process.
Business units are responsible for maintaining procedures to identify red flags and monitor accounts that have been flagged as being potentially linked to instances of identity theft. Department management is responsible for performing regular identity theft risk assessments and updating related procedures, as necessary.
Examples of identity theft prevention procedures:
- Obtaining identifying documents from new clients
- Verifying information received from consumer reporting agencies and service providers
- Monitoring account transactions
- Verifying the validity of address changes
Quality Logo Products shareholders assign specific responsibility for implementation of the red flag program, approve material changes, and review staff reports of identity theft. Quality Logo Products shareholders report no less frequently than annually on status of the program.

What is Proposition 65 and how does it affect my order? (top)
If you are located in or take possession of any of our goods within the state of California, you may see the following label placed on some of our product(s):
PROPOSITION 65 WARNING:
This product contains chemicals known to the
State of California to cause cancer and/or birth
defects or other reproductive harm.
In the State of California, there exists what is referred to as "Proposition 65". Proposition 65 is the California Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986. Any company that operates in California, sells products in California, or manufactures products that may be sold in or brought into California are subject to Proposition 65. Since many of our products are sold in California, Proposition 65 applies to Quality Logo Products.
Proposition 65 requires warning labels to be placed on any product that may contain any of 600-plus elements that the California Air Resources Board considers a carcinogen or a reproductive toxicant. This list of elements includes lead (contained within the inks used to customize most products), brass, PVC and a multitude of other everyday elements.
Every product sold/available through Quality Logo Products is tested for quality and meets all federal and state requirements, however a majority of the inks we use to customize our products contain some amount of lead. The California Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 198 does not provide any exclusions or exemption according to the levels/quantity of the identified elements found in a product. So, even if an ink compound or product consists only of .00000001% of lead, Proposition 65 requires that we warn consumers of the potential hazard associated with these products by placing this label on them.
Stiff penalties apply for not complying with Proposition 65. Failure to label products may result in a civil penalties brought by the state of California in the amount of $2,500.00 per day. If a company's product is sold or is purchased outside the State of California and brought into California, the company may still be found in violation...
Please note this label does not necessarily indicate our products will cause you to contract cancer or reproductive harm if used as designed, but in compliance with California Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986, Quality Logo Products is required to warn consumers about the possibility of the dangers associated with these selected elements when/if use by one of our products. These labels are just one of the many steps we have taken to warn consumers and abide by this California state law.

What is BPA and should I be concerned? (top)
There have been recent negative reports from the media, urban myths, and Internet-spread rumors related to the use of Bisphenol A (BPA) in plastic containers. Scientific studies conducted as recently as February 25 of 2008 by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) disprove these negative media reports.
The use of polycarbonate plastic and epoxy resins for food contact applications has been and continues to be recognized as safe by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, the European Commission's Scientific Committee on Food, the United Kingdom Food Standards Agency, the Japanese Ministry for Health, Labor and Welfare, and other regulatory authorities worldwide.
“There is no significant effect from repeated-use, abrasion, heating, or chemical sterilization of these plastic articles. The general findings are that migration is low or not detectable.”

Polycarbonate plastic is safe for use in consumer products. It is a highly durable and lightweight product, resistant to stains and odors, and able to withstand extremes of hot and cold. It is an environmentally responsible substitute for disposable water bottles.

Quality Logo Products, Inc. has a history of high product safety standards and has for several years, allowed customers to
access reports conducted by an independent lab verifying the safety of Quality Logo Products's products.
Independent lab tests have shown Quality Logo Products, Inc.'s products meet the acceptable levels of lead and other
The Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) requires that Quality Logo Products, Inc. conduct additional
product safety testing. Quality Logo Products, Inc. is committed to conduct these additional tests and will be compliant
with the product safety tests required by this law for products manufactured after February 10, 2009.
Quality Logo Products, Inc., because of ambiguities within the CPSIA law, would like to clarify the following:
• Quality Logo Products, Inc.'s products may possess characteristics resembling children’s products however, Quality Logo Products, Inc.'s products are not designed or primarily intended to be used by children 12 years old or
• Quality Logo Products, Inc.'s products are designed and intended to be used as advertising tools within the
promotional products industry and are primarily designed and intended for adults.
• Because Quality Logo Products, Inc. is not a manufacturer of children’s products tracking labels will not be included
on the individual products
• Quality Logo Products, Inc. will continue to make our product safety information available by request.
• All product returns and claims with regard to CPSIA require authorization from a member of Quality Logo Products, Inc.'s staff. Returns and claims will not be accepted without this authorization. This includes products manufactured
prior to February 10, 2009.
SGS independent lab reports are available by request for all of our products. These reports specify independent
testing information for commonly requested chemical levels including any chemicals that may be deemed hazardous
such as lead.

Product Safety (in General) (top)
In light of recent reports concerning the safety and quality of products made in China, Quality Logo Products, Inc. would
like to assure our customers of QLP's high quality standards. Quality and safety have always been a priority for Quality Logo Products, Inc. and we have consistently maintained standards well above the required norm.
• Quality Logo Products, Inc. has a majority of our products tested by an independent lab, either SGS or Intertek, to
verify the safety of materials used. These tests guarantee that our products are safe for both the United States and
Europe. Our most recent documented test results are available by request.
Working With Overseas Vendors:
• Quality Logo Products, Inc. considers it a priority to communicate our values and high standards with our overseas vendors. By doing this, we build a relationship of trust and openness with our vendors. This open relationship has allowed us to solve problems and continuously improve both products and factory standards.
• Quality Logo Products, Inc. uses vendors who understand our values and have a stable history, consistently meeting the
highest quality standards we set.
• One of Quality Logo Products, Inc.'s most important values is partnership. We firmly believe that by treating our vendors as partners we can build credible long-term relationships where our suggestions for
improvement are achieved through close communication.
• Quality Logo Products, Inc. requires that vendors disclose materials used in products.
• Quality Logo Products, Inc. requires that vendors abide by the laws imposed within their countries.
• Quality Logo Products, Inc. will discontinue business with factories we believe are involved in unethical conduct.
• Quality Logo Products, Inc. sends an in house Purchasing Expert to visit and inspect overseas factories. Our expert is
fluent in both English and Chinese and works throughout the year to establish a trusting business relationship between
our home office in Aurora, IL and our vendors in China.
• Quality Logo Products, Inc. does not own any of the Chinese factories we use. Because QLP does not own these
factories, we cannot govern all factory behaviors. However, our Purchasing Expert’s business relationship with
factories does allow QLP to make recommendations for factories and QLP is committed to helping factories achieve
cost-effective solutions to concerns from our Aurora, IL office.
• With the number of factories Quality Logo Products, Inc. uses growing annually, it is not physically possible for a
rigorous inspection of all factories. The few factories that do not have an in-house inspector visit them are responsible
for the minority of our products. We are working to establish the same close relationship with these factories that we
have with those that supply the majority of our goods.
Additional Safety Standards:
• While all our products are safe, Quality Logo Products, Inc. understands that our customers may have some additional
concerns regarding product use. Any additional safety information that a customer may require will be presented in
the product packaging. These warnings include, but are not limited to: products not recommended for children under
five, items containing sharp objects and items containing small removable parts. All of our stress reliever cartons
contain a safety message advising that products are not recommended for pets or children under five years of age.
Quality Logo Products, Inc. understands that the U.S. government has recently begun discussing the revision of import
standards. We will continue to maintain our high standards and will be sure to monitor any new laws and requirements
as recommended by the U.S. government. It is our highest priority that our customers feel
confident in our products and our company.

Limited Warranty Policy (top)
Quality Logo Products, Inc. is able to pass along the standard warranties of the manufacturers of the products it sells. In addition, Quality Logo Products offers a 90 Day Limited Warranty on all products you order. In the event that any of the products fails, Quality Logo Products, Inc. will refund the purchase price or replace the item, though not necessarily with any imprinted matter, upon proof of date of purchase and return of the product.
