How to Remove a Cell Phone Wallet

It's super easy to remove sticky residue from the back of your phone. Just follow these steps!

  • Step One: Wet the corner of a washcloth and wipe it across your phone.
  • Step Two: Dry with the other end of the washcloth.
  • Step Three: Dip a Q-tip in rubbing alcohol and wipe it across the remaining residue.
  • Step Four: Let the alcohol sit for 5 - 10 minutes.
  • Step Five: Wipe the case again with the wet corner of the washcloth.
  • Step Six: Dry with the other end of the washcloth.
  • Step Seven: Repeat steps 1-6 until the residue is completely gone!

  • Hot water & soap
  • Small washcloth
  • Rubbing alcohol
  • Q-tips

    Dip the corner of the washcloth into a bowl of soapy hot water. Gently wipe the surface of your phone case.

    Pour a small amount of rubbing alcohol into the cap. Dip the Q-tip in and apply it to the remaining residue.

    Use the wet end of the washcloth and dip it into the bowl. Gently wipe your case again.

    Repeat steps 1-6 until all the residue is removed from your phone case.

Do you want to use your cell phone wallet again? No worries! You can buy a package of general purpose adhesives from any department store and place it on the back. When you’re ready to remove, simply repeat the process above.
