This cross base has a wider foot print and more of an arch for added stability for teardrop or half drop banners. It is a padded iron tube with a gray coating (only color available) and has a similar but economy version rotor as the standard cross base. The base does not come with a water bag. It's designed to provide a strong support system for tear drop and half drop banner hardware. It's ideal for preventing flags and banners from being knocked over.
