Describe your dream ice cream sundae, from the bowl it’s served inside all the way to the toppings.
My dream ice cream sundae would have one sliced banana and one scoop of coconut flavored ice cream with Nutella drizzle. It would be topped with roasted nuts and a maraschino cherry and served in a Chicago Cubs mini helmet.
What is the last TV show you binge-watched? Was it good?
The last TV Show I binge watched was “Schitt’s Creek,” and it was as good as the first eight times I watched it.
What is the best way to spend a Saturday?
The best way to spend a Saturday would be an early morning workout before any kids wake up, followed by a quiet cup of coffee outdoors. Afterward, I would go to breakfast with the family and then visit an outdoor market.
You have 3 dogs. What is the funniest thing they’ve ever done?
My female dog, Ming Ming (named after one of the elves in Elf), sings along to a song by Bodega Bamz with all her heart.
As a kickboxing coach, what is one thing you think everyone should fight for?
I believe everyone should fight for self-acceptance.
If you had to choose, what would you say is your spirit animal?
I think my spirit animal is a cat. They symbolize curiosity, creation, and independence.
Where did you go on your last vacation?
My last vacation was to Nashville, Tennessee on a babymoon with my husband. I’m definitely visiting again soon!
Do you have any fun plans for the Fourth of July?
This Fourth of July will be the first with my newborn baby, so the plan is to relax poolside.
What’s the most adventurous thing you’ve ever done?
The most adventurous thing I’ve done would have to be a helicopter ride over Chicago’s lakefront.
Which celebrity would you love to meet?
I would absolutely love to meet David Rose (Dan Levy from “Schitt’s Creek”).
