1. Our General Philosophy

Quality Logo Products® ("QLP," "we," "us," or "our") take your privacy seriously and are committed to protecting the Personal Information ("PI") we collect. This Privacy Notice ("Notice") explains:

  • What PI we collect
  • How and why we use it
  • When we may disclose PI to third parties
  • Your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA)
  • How you can exercise those rights

Although we maintain industry-standard security practices, no online system is 100% secure. If you believe your PI may have been compromised, please contact us immediately using the information at the end of this Notice.

2. Categories of Personal Information We Collect

We collect PI when you contact us, visit our website, request information, or place an order. The categories of PI we may collect include:

  • Identifiers (name, email, postal address, phone number, IP address)

We never see, transmit, or store your credit card data.

QLP does not collect or use Sensitive Personal Information in a manner that triggers CPRA's "Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information" requirement.

Certain information must legally be retained for 7 years (e.g. financial and order records).

  • Right to Opt Out of "Sale" or "Sharing" — QLP does not sell PI. We share limited data with advertising platforms for cross-context behavioral advertising. You may opt out at any time.
  • Right to Limit Use of Sensitive PI — Not applicable — QLP does not use Sensitive PI in ways regulated by CPRA.
  • Right to Non-Discrimination — We do not deny goods or services or offer different pricing because you exercise your privacy rights.

Advertising Partners (CPRA "Sharing")

We may disclose limited customer data to Google or Facebook to advertise to our existing customers. These platforms anonymize or pseudonymize data before use.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose PI to law enforcement or regulators when required by law.

QLP has never sold and will never sell your Personal Information.

Because no method of transmission is completely secure, you should notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

As part of the goods/service that we provide, it may be necessary to share data we hold about you with third parties, for example Facebook and Google. Before we share any of your PI we hold about you with any third party, we will gain consent from you. If you do not want us to share your PI with any third party, please let us know.

You also have the right to ask us to share your PI with anyone you wish. To exercise this right to data portability, please write to us, giving full details, using the details provided at Section 15 of this Notice.

15. Contacting Quality Logo Products® About This Privacy Notice

To exercise any of these rights, or to designate an agent or authorized representative to act on your behalf, you can contact us by calling us at 1-866-312-5646 or by going to our Manage My Preferences link to submit an electronic form. When you submit a rights request through one of these designated methods, we will use the information you submit and the information we have in our systems (or through the systems of our Service Provider if we use a Service Provider) to try to verify your identity and to match the personal information we have collected about you, if any, to your identity. If we are successful in validating your identity, we will respond to your request within the time and in the manner required by CCPA. If we cannot validate your identity, we will attempt to contact you to inform you of this issue.
