We’re excited to welcome Stefano Andrianopoulos to QLP, especially since we can’t compete in cool points with what else he’s been up to.
Sales assistant Stefano previously worked at State Farm as a Claims Specialist — which is nice and probably means he’s a good neighbor. But that’s not what we were talking about. He spent a few years living in China, where he studied martial arts in the Wudang Mountains. (Note to self: Get out more. And maybe learn martial arts.)
Find out more about Stefano: We bet you can’t guess the musical instrument he plays.
What’s your favorite book?
The “Dao De Jing.”
How do you like to spend your free time?
Practicing martial arts and working out. Playing music — I love instrumental music — and video games. Creating art: I’m a digital artist and I create commissioned illustrations.
What’s your dream Saturday?
Having good coffee or tea in the morning — I love all loose leaf tea and coffee. Taking a long nature walk at some point in the day, followed by eating good food and seeing friends.
What’s your secret talent?
I can play the xiao, a Chinese bamboo flute.
What’s your favorite season and how do you make the most of it?
Spring. It’s short, but spending as much time as I can in nature — walking or meditating — as everything blossoms is always a treat.
What’s your favorite comfort food?
Thai red curry.
What’s your favorite animal? Why?
The rabbit: It’s my fiancé’s Chinese Zodiac animal.
What’s something people may be surprised to learn about you?
I can speak some Mandarin.
Thanks Stefano — good luck with the Mandarin!
