If there’s anything you should know about Quality Logo Products®, it’s how important it is to us to give back to the local community. Sure, we make fun promotional products like custom pens or tote bags, but we’re about so much more. For instance, every month we give away $500 worth of promotional products to small businesses and non-profits. Not to mention, the work we do with Hesed House, a local organization that helps individuals without a home in the Aurora, Illinois area, is near and dear to our hearts. This year, we wanted to step up our game by hosting a brand-new fundraiser for a nearby non-profit organization, the Pediatric Oncology Treasure Chest Foundation.
About the Treasure Chest Foundation
In a nutshell, the charity provides comfort to children and teens with cancer by offering them the special experience of selecting a toy or gift card from a treasure chest after each medical treatment at a hospital. Because cancer is such a physically and emotionally painful disease, it can seem like there is very little one can do to help. However, these thoughtful gifts lift the spirits of kids who would do anything for a momentary distraction from their situation.
That’s why Quality Logo Products® is so proud to announce their 2018 Hope Chest Toy Drive. During the month of September, we will provide Aurora, IL businesses with their own treasure chest to place in their lobby or office space to collect donations for the organization. All contributions will be picked up by Quality Logo Products® at the end of the month and donated to the charity in Orland Park, Illinois.
Suggested unwrapped donations include:
- Action figures or dolls, including Barbies and accessories
- Play-Doh or arts and crafts projects
- Trucks and cars
- Board games
