8 Oz. Koozies
- Dimensions: 2.25” W x 5.13” H
- Fits on slim cans or small bottles
- Use for samples or single-serve drinks
12 Oz. Koozies
- This is the standard size for a koozie
- Dimensions: 3.75” W x 5.13” H
- Fits on cans or bottles
16 Oz. Koozies
- Dimensions: 4” W x 6” H
- Fits on tall cans or bottles
- Bottle koozies may have a zipper
25 Oz. Koozies
- Dimensions: 5” W x 10.5” H
- Fits on wine bottles
- May have a zipper and often has a handle
Here’s where your design is printed
Center Front
The graphic is printed in the middle of the koozie on one side. Usually the design contains text and a simple logo.
Entire Front
Take up the entire imprint area of the koozie! The material is covered from top to bottom showing little or no color underneath.
Front & Back
Don’t forget the other side of the koozie! Print the same design on the front and back, or be adventurous and use the extra space to print something else.
Near the Bottom
Zipper koozies have a smaller print area than standard koozies. As a result, your design will be on the bottom underneath the slider.
Front, Back, & Bottom
A design is printed on the front, back, and bottom of the koozie. By printing in 3 locations, your design will be seen at every angle.

Slim Koozie Dimensions
A slim koozie is usually about 3.25” W x 4” H. This is the perfect size since it fits snuggly on skinny drink cans.
You can put a slim koozie on a can of Truly or White Claw, but the skinny shape also works great for single-serve coffee and energy drinks.
Tall Koozie Dimensions
Tall koozies are sized to fit more than just beer or soda. You can use them on large bottles of alcohol like vodka, champagne, and most commonly, wine. Wine koozies are as tall as 10.5 inches, which is the perfect size to securely fit around a 25 oz. bottle.
You can get tall koozies made from foam or neoprene, but stainless steel koozies are also available. These insulated koozies keep your drink cold for longer, which is great if you’re outside at a barbecue or pool party!
Koozie Size Matters
You want a snug fit around the can or bottle. Plus, the right koozie size helps with insulating the drink so it stays cold!
12 oz. koozies are the best choice since they’ll fit the average can or bottle. However, you may want to go up to 16 ounces if you’re not sure which drinks are being served.
More Koozie Printing Tips
Want only 1 ink color? Try screen printing!
Typically, only one ink color is included free when screen printing koozies. A good rule is to stick with colors of a lighter or darker scale.
For instance, if you’re printing on a black koozie, use a light color for the design like white or pink. On neon koozies, use a darker color like black or navy.
Want to print a photo? Try full color printing!
With full color printing, you can use as many free ink colors as you want to create your design. This is the most budget-friendly choice if you’re ordering photo koozies.
Want elegant koozies? Try engraving!
Do you want insulated koozies that look fancy? Get them engraved with your custom design instead of using ink.
