Risk-Free Guarantee

Quality Logo Products guarantees that your promotional products will arrive when you want them, the way you want them.

We're serious about getting your order to you on time and making sure your items look the way you expected. However, if your items look different from the proof you signed, we'll either reprint them and send the new batch to you or issue you a refund. We'll also send you a reprint order if your items arrive damaged or in any way defective. In either case, we'll probably shed a few tears. But all jokes aside, we're sincere about our risk-free guarantee.

Low Price Guarantee

We understand that price matters — we've got a company budget, too!

So if you find a lower catalog price elsewhere on any merchandise available through Quality Logo Products we'll gladly match that pricing. In fact, we're so serious about our low prices that we'll also refund 110% of the difference for any purchase made within the last 30 days. However, this low price guarantee is limited to registered Advertising Specialties Institute (ASI) suppliers and excludes any advertised specials, closeouts, or liquidation sales. More fine print: the low price guarantee applies to items that are the same brand, same size, same color, and have the same imprint.

Delivery Guarantee

Under normal circumstances (you know, barring major catastrophes, natural disasters, alien invasions, and other extremities), Quality Logo Products guarantees to ship your merchandise on or before your specified deadline.

However, please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for delays on the part of the carrier who's delivering your merchandise. In rare instances, we may actually ship the item after the intended ship date by a faster shipping method in order to meet the intended delivery date. The additional cost for faster shipping will be at our expense. And while Quality Logo Products does guarantee that your goods will arrive by a certain day, we're unable to guarantee an exact time of delivery. We're good, but we don't have those superpowers.

Want to see how your logo looks on your product?

Quality Logo Products is committed to delivering the highest quality promotional products for the lowest prices. When you place an order, we’ll email you a digital proof featuring your imprint on the product of your choice for no additional fee. When you receive your proof, you will need to approve it before we can send your order to production. While we can't send your proofs via magic carpet or carrier pigeons, we do promise to send them to you within one hour after placing your order

Quality Logo Products offers customers one free product sample (up to $7.00) with free UPS ground shipping included for qualified customers/addresses. We are also more than happy to provide additional samples for a small fee! When you decide to place your order, we'll credit the amount you paid for the samples to your account.

Not that we want accidents to happen, any more than Mom wanted a stain that looked like Florida in the middle of the living room. That's why throughout the ordering process, your Quality Logo Products representative will do everything possible to make sure your products meet your specifications.
