However, if your items look different from the proof you signed off on, we’ll either reprint them and send the new batch to you or issue you a refund. We’ll also send you a reprint order if your items arrive damaged or in any way defective. Honestly, in either case, we’ll probably cry a little as well. We’re sincere about our risk-free guarantee, despite all our joking about everything else.
We understand that price matters — we’ve got a company budget, too!
So if you find a lower catalog price elsewhere on any merchandise available through Quality Logo Products, Inc. that you’ve purchased from us within the last 30 days, or that you’re looking to purchase from our company, we’ll gladly match that pricing. In fact, we’re so serious about our low prices that we’ll also refund 110% of the difference. However, this low price guarantee is limited to registered Advertising Specialties Institute (ASI) suppliers and excludes any advertised specials, closeouts, or liquidation sales. More fine print: the low price guarantee applies to items that are the same brand, same size, same color, and have the same imprint.
Under normal circumstances (you know, barring major catastrophes, natural disasters, alien invasions, and the like), Quality Logo Products, Inc. guarantees to ship your merchandise on or before your specified deadline.
However, please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for delays on the part of the carrier who’s delivering your merchandise. In rare instances, we may actually ship the item after the intended ship date by a faster shipping method in order to meet the intended receipt date. The additional cost for this will be at our expense, because we really like you. And while Quality Logo Products does guarantee that your goods will arrive by a certain day, we’re unable to guarantee an exact time of delivery. We’re good, but we don’t have those superpowers.

Ten dollars for this, twenty bucks for that. Quality Logo Products, Inc. is committed to delivering the highest quality promotional products printed with your logo for the lowest prices—period. To keep you within your budget, we’ll fax or e-mail you a composite proof of your imprint for your approval before we begin final production of your order for no additional fee. Again, proofs can be sent either via fax or e-mail, whichever is more convenient for you. Just specify which method you prefer at the time of placing your order! (Sorry, as much as we wish it were true, we cannot send them via magic carpets, Greek messenger gods with winged feet, or any other means of transport, however incredible.)
Do you know what you want but don't know how to make it or e-mail it?
Not a problem! Quality Logo Products will gladly clean up your artwork or set it up for you free of charge. Simply fax, e-mail, or call us with what you want, and our talented and highly cultured design professionals will make it happen. How do they do it? Well, Quality Logo Products, Inc. has access to a vast library of clip art that you can preview online for yourself at www.clipart.com. Go on, don’t be shy! Please note that while we do not offer logo or artwork design, we can piece together most basic unique prints if needed for no additional fee.
We know there’s that worry that if you ever need to call or e-mail us about your order, you’ll end up talking to someone else besides the first sales representative you spoke to, and you’ll have to explain everything all over again.

Unlike some of our competitors, Quality Logo Products, Inc. won’t stick you with processing fees if your order doesn’t meet some predetermined criteria. We’re so big on customization that we encourage you to buy only what you actually need! We also don’t require you to spend a minimum dollar amount. Even if you want a single blank T-shirt, or you have a total sale of only $1.00, we’ll be happy to make it happen. However, customization is costly and complex work, so in rare cases, factory less-than-minimum charges may be required. Don’t worry, we’ll let you know if that comes up.
