What’s the minimum number of water bottles I can order? Each water bottle has a minimum order quantity, which is displayed on its product page. Typically the more expensive bottles have lower minimum order quantities. We have different unit prices for different order quantities: order more to save more!
How big are the water bottles? The most popular sizes are 17oz, 20 oz, 24oz, and 32oz. For reference, a single-serve plastic soda bottle holds about 17oz. We have smaller and larger water bottles too, and sizes in between. To filter for a specific size, scroll up until you can see the sidebar or the Filter button, find the list of sizes, and choose your preferred option to see only the bottles that size.
Can I try a free sample? You can order a free sample of some of our water bottles, worth up to $7.00 based on the minimum order price – the highest price we charge for that product. You can also order samples of the same bottle in multiple colors for free, as long as the total is $7.00 or less. To find out if your bottle is eligible, go to its product page and look under the blue Add to Cart option for a link that says Order a Sample.
