I have ordered messenger bags from other suppliers in the past and the quality of the bag was not that great. The quality of this bag is 100% what I was looking for. Price is awesome too.

I ordered these as a volunteer appreciation gift, based on a previous order from my co-worker. Though I have seen the ones she ordered and liked them enough to order my own, I was still incredibly surprised and impressed with how great they looked once they arrived! I appreciate the ease of ordering, the ability to contact my rep at any time with a quick response, as well as the speediness of the delivered finished product. I need to blow the whistle on your customer service rep, Shauna Gould. I got to place an order through your company for 3 regional sections of the American Society for Quality (ASQ). Not a huge order but 6 different items for a total of around $1600. Actually quite a large order for a Non-profit professional fellowship as we are. I got the luck of the draw and had my inquiry was replied to by Ms. Gould. I must say, in over 30 years as a professional it was utterly refreshing to deal with her. She has been funny, spunky and above all professional, courteous, timely and accurate. Anyone whose signature line is "Crazy Cat Lady Space Cadet" has got to be appreciated in the workplace. As I stated earlier, with over 30 years of dealing with "professionals", I find most of them take themselves too seriously. Shauna was able to be very professional with a fine sense of humor. I was (and continue to be) updated to the status of my multiple orders. She offered directions, corrections & suggestions (better than what I picked) to make this purchase actually enjoyable, and the prospect of offering these items to our members a guaranteed success. If your company has any type of recognition program, which I am sure you do, I want to personally nominate Shauna for your highest award. If QLP (or my company for that matter) had a company FULL of Shauna Gould's we would all be more successful. Please let her know what a great job she is doing. "You go girl!!"

Hi Stacy, I purchased 250 drawstring back packs for a mission project I was doing and I am so excited to tell you that the bags were packed full of school supplies, shipped to Lagos, Nigeria and distributed to the children. Smiles appeared and lives were touched! Our ministry couldn't have accomplished this project without your help!
