At the very beginning of conceptualizing my order for these candles, I was very intrigued about them. The size, scents, and price point fit the bill for my company's annual Christmas gift. Before placing my main order, I reached out to the company to see if I could order a sample of the vanilla-scented candle and the cinnamon apple candle. I was pleasantly surprised and grateful when they said they would send samples out to me free of charge (Shipped out on September 21). The setback here, however, was that I didn't receive those samples until 2+ weeks later (October 11), after following up several times about them as well. While I understand natural disasters cannot be avoided, I would have appreciated an update on their end without me having to inquire several times about when I could expect the samples to arrive. Once I received the samples, I really liked the vanilla-scented candle. The scent was delicate and not artificial smelling. Once I placed my main order, I was promptly given the invoice and logo approval forms. We were happy that we received the candles by our in-hand date of November 1. Unfortunately, a couple of candles broke in transit, which was understandable as they were glass jars, so I reached back out to see if replacements could be sent out and they agreed to do so, which we appreciated. However, I kept having to reach out to the company to get a status update on the replacement candles to see if they had shipped out yet and also inquire about the tracking number for them because we were cutting it down to the wire. So overall, I'm happy with the quality of the product. While I understand I'm not the only client this company has, I wish they were a little more proactive about communicating our status orders throughout the entire process from the samples, to the main order, to the replacement candles, which is ultimately why I knocked off a star.
