Our faculty and staff love their new lunch bag! It was my first time using Quality Products and I greatly enjoyed working with them on this item. Our Account Manager, Kelly Bird, was professional and made ordering easy. The look of our product with our logo was just what we discussed and shipment was as planned. The only reason for the 4 is because the product is a little less sturdy than what the picture looks. I like the separate bottom compartment but if you place anything heavy in the top part, i. e. - thermos, canned drink etc, it does not really hold its shape or runs the risk of topping over. Other than that we are very pleased, still very usable and looks nice! I will definitely use Quality again.
