Dear Kelly and Elizabeth, I didn't have a lot of time to explain last week, but what you did for us was something I've never encountered in 8 years of putting events on and working with printers and distributors. It was one of those things that happens- you get caught up and distracted and let a deadline go. But this one would have completely hosed my biggest event of the year and could have made it a massive failure. No exaggeration. It would've been impossible to get everything into everyone's hands in time and the shortage would have meant that almost every business involved in my event would've lost money. My business and our reputation would've really suffered. You two are amazing. I already thought your company was providing other-worldly customer service- but [how you helped] was beyond what I'd have hoped for in clearing up my mess. Nobody in my event is going to know what you did to make it all happen, but at midnight I'm going to look out at a sea of thousands of drunk people in zombie costumes and I'll be so grateful for what you did. You saved my a**. It's not something you expect anyone to do. I really thought I had ruined my business but you made it all happen.
