I needed a small lot number (under 100 units) of a logo promotion product by a certain event due date. Customer Service Representative, Kat, was excellent and put up with my questions and sense of urgency to have the company assure delivering ahead of my event's deadline, given all the supply chain issues with everything in the world right now. Not only did the shipment get to me by the vent, but by a whole 2 weeks early instead of an estimated 4 days before the event. The quality of the product was fantastic for the price to manufacture. The logo was embroidered not screen printed which makes the item more elegant and also likely going to be longer lasting for the recipients. Overall, very satisfied with the order and will order again for future marketing/promotional activities our organization does. Many thanks to both Kat and Quality Logos!
