I ordered these black beanies with custom embroidery. Overall the quality of the beanie was good and it's definitely warm, and the embroidery was very well done. Our problem was that the beanie was a lot longer than expected, and with the location of the embroidery, you have to wear it as you would a slouch beanie and it didn't look good. Normally you could fold your beanie up to shorten it, but not so with where the embroidery was or you would lose the embroidery completely. We wound up doing something else last minute to give away and these aren't really being used now.
