I was impressed and pleased by the quick and thorough response I received when submitting a question and placing an order with Quality Logo Products. Everyone I communicated with on the team was pleasant, quick and professional. Ordering something online can sometimes give one the sense that a human is not on the other side - but that was NOT the case here. As for the final product, the sticky note pads that we ordered came quickly and were exactly what we wanted. We were also given an update along the way so we knew when they were shipped and were to be delivered.
