Order was for several hundred Bicmatic pencils, white, with business logo type in red and a smaller second line in black. Customer rep named Chase ushered the order through the process with excellent communication and support. Products were shipped within a reasonable time. Upon arrival, one of the first samples I pulled out of the box was a little disappointing, with a descender from the red type colliding with the black line below. So concerned about the quality of the imprint (giveaways that will be included with most customer orders), two of us inspected every pencil that came with the order. As it turned out, there were only three pieces with the colliding lines, but the order was fulfilled with seven pieces more than the order quantity, hence, "no harm, no foul." And for their price point, these mechanical pencils look very good.
