Good looking pens, but low quality

We ordered these pens as we liked the design and they had a nice look for the price. Visually the pens are great and they write well, but several came broken, and about 1/3 of them don't function very well. The problem is when you "click" them, the ballpoint portion of the pen doesn't stay down. On a positive note, they do have a good look and feel for the price, but in retrospect I would have preferred a smaller quantity of a higher quality pen for the same cost. Also, the customer service / delivery time was great! I just wish the product was a bit better.
