I noticed in the customer reviews that there was one with a logo and lines of text too (diligent hands nov 2022 - cna & bls training) how do i add my logo and then also lines of text?

There is no additional charge to print your logo and/or text together. You can upload an artwork file that contains both your logo and text at the time of ordering or you can send us the artwork and add your text in the notes section with instructions how/where you'd like it positioned. Once submitted one of our talented artists will assemble the text + logo for you for no additional charge. Also, fear not, you will receive a free proof before ANYTHING is printed.

Pros: I received excellent and prompt service! The logo looks great and we received the order sooner than expected. Definitely exceeded all of my expectations. Cons: Upon receipt, I discovered the interior is plastic but not sure if I saw that listed on the description. The only issue I discovered after using it, was that the plastic lid leaked on top! I also tested the temperature and the coffee I poured in it had cooled down within an hour. Overall, the item looks great and all recipients really liked it! Just hope it doesn't leak for them!

The mugs are beautiful, everyone was happy who received them. I did however find a handful of them had rust on the covers which tell's me the quality inspection part could have been done better.
