We are new customers and will definitely use QLP again. Their team works well together and are very well informed on the products and the whole ordering process - production time frames and shipping time frames - and they kept us up-to-date throughout the process which is greatly appreciated... especially when placing last-minute orders. Also, the same representative helped me through the entire process. If I called or chatted live, the representative on the other end always tried first to put me in touch with our account representative. I also liked "seeing" who I was talking to - it gave me added confidence in the person. Customer service is definitely a high priority at QLP.
