Ordered: 200 units of 9 LED Metal Flashlight Your company was a pleasure to work with, everyone was pleasant and timely in their communications and instructions. Order was delivered well within the required time frame and I was informed of the progress at every step. Of the 200 flashlights, 6 were DOA (dead on arrival). 4 of those were corrected with new batteries. 2 were entirely dead even with new batteries. The lights themselves were very bright and helpful in the wooded night setting. The batteries that come in the units were very short lived (a number died within a couple of hours of sporadic use), but that is somewhat understandable given the price point. My only concern is that I hope our guests replace the batteries with name brand AAA and reuse the lights because they are great when working.
