The Lunch Box itself looked as pictured/described on the website and the custom print job was nice. The overall quantity/sturdiness of the lunch box was not what we anticipated but our intent was to offer a bag that could be used to keep cold meds cold, pack a few snacks for a road trip, flight, or day at the park for the service members in our family.
