The worst part of the product was the imprinting versus and embossed look that lowered the professional look of the product. Also, you really need to be able to provide samples that customers can look at versus the image you sent. Don't reply with the "keep the costs down", mantra. If you're confident in your product and the imaging, people will buy it.
