Very friendly and fast customer service. My main and only criticism was that I wished there were an option to have had the balls shipped fully deflated for fewer boxes. Definitely not complaining about them already being pre-inflated for me, that was cool too! So again, all in all this was a good experience and I'm already looking into another order in the future.
