Such good service reps!
I was very pleased with the product and price that I received. I was even more impressed with my customer service experience with your company. I used the Live Chat, then emailed. Great service reps!
Products met all expectations. I would definitely recommend using this company. They are very easy to work with.
Excellent Customer Service
So personable and quick to respond!
Thank you so much, Chase, for rushing our order through the whole process. I received the stress balls today, and they are going to be great advertising for us. I really appreciate your efforts!
I put my quote request out to you and one other company, they lost me almost immediately because they hassled the crap out of me calling me and leaving messages, calling more, etc. After the 3rd call, I placed my order with you. They were less than your quote too but at that point it didn't matter. I never responded to them and they came back a few days later trying to discount their initial quote. I told them I'd gone with someone else after their 3rd call to me (and 3rd voice mail). It pays to just lay off sometimes you know, respect what your customer wants and the fact that they don't want to be sold to over the phone. So we will be back again soon. Thanks!
