It was a long drawn out process on our part. A few weeks of indecision. Our sales representative from Quality Logo Products did an excellent job of working with us, staying patient, and answering all of the nitpicky questions that we had. We just recently received our basketballs, took just over a week to ship internationally. The basketballs look great and our logo turned out nicely.
