We used the dice for a casino-themed trade show. We were the only company there to have them, and they were a hit. The only concern was the mold smell the product had. However, it is hard to determine if it is from the factory or if something happened during packaging or shipping. The box it arrived in appeared to be solid, with no signs of water, but that's not to say it wasn't already contaminated. Overall, though, good customer service.
