I am happy that I was able to get a sample of the product before committing to purchasing a few hundred. I was very pleased with the quality of the product. I was concerned that they wouldn't stand up sturdy, but these cute little stress guys stand up perfectly in different positions. High marks on quality. The service was very good. There was a bit of a communication issue between the information that I received via Chat, but at the end of the day this company stood behind what I believe I was told during the quote process and I am very pleased with the outcome! Quick service! My one piece of advice is to look over everything before you sign off. Ask questions, they are very quick to get back with your answer. Had I not looked over everything, I may not have caught the miss communication about my end product. All in all good experience and I will be back for more business.
