A few days ago, I left a 4 star review because the logo on our product was slightly askew. The next day, I received a follow up call and email from Kevin, our rep, asking how he could help make it right. He immediately started the process on reprinting the product and had it shipped to us in time for our event. I mean, I left the review on Monday and got my new batch on Thursday of the same week! And they are perfect! You definitely made an impression on us. We will be using Quality Logo Products for all of our promotional needs from here out!
