I needed a high-volume, low unit-price swag item with my company's logo on it and QLP really delivered. For a product that is under $5/unit, these sunglasses look and feel well-constructed. Clean lines, precise joints, good lenses. The custom logo printing looks very good. I was worried about that because the 'artwork' I provided was literally a .png file I pulled down from the internet through a google search. No specialty/high-resolution file required to get this done. From a service perspective, I was impressed with Leo's commitment to customer satisfaction. He personally called me when they were having an issue with one of their printers, which required a replacement part that was going to delay my order by up to a week. He offered to move production to an alternate line if my delivery date was urgent, or delay it if I could wait a little longer. It turns out I did need it at the original date, so Leo did, in fact, move the production to an alternate line and met my delivery expectations . . and he exceeded my service expectations in the process. It is great to find a vendor who sincerely cares about the customer and goes the extra mile meet expectations. Nicely done QLP, and great job Leo!
