How many colors are available?

I am very interested in this item, but I have some questions: 1) Does the art go on just one side, or on both? 2) If both, can I have different artwork on each side? 3) Are template files available for the item? I have experience with digital graphic design and plan to provide my own artwork. I can handle template files in any format, either vector or bitmap, including PDF, TIFF, .svg, .jpg, .png, etc. Thanks!

The Foam Pitchfork waiver includes a one color decoration at one location. You can add a second location imprint (1 color) for $.21 ea. The artwork can be unique at each location. We can also email you an artwork template upon request and we prefer vector artwork when/if available.
